Mohamed Hilal Group Multi-brand luxury group, UAE

PMO, governance and delivery transformation

Creating structure across an 84-project pipeline

The challenge

The work

  • Established PMO dashboards and structured management reporting.
  • Introduced project stage gates, ownership and governance rhythms.
  • Built ClickUp workflows to improve delivery visibility and coordination.
  • Created clearer SLA tracking, escalation paths and accountability across the pipeline.
